Garden Estate Manufacturing (GEM) is a Vietnamese outdoor furniture factory based in the greater Ho Chi Minh City area. We set ourselves apart by specializing in premium products and high standards of workmanship. Our in-house capabilities include aluminum metalwork, weaving, motion furniture, painting, upholstery, and fire tables, all produced at our recently expanded facility in the greater Ho Chi Minh City area.

Our Story

Garden Estate Manufacturing (GEM) was founded in response to a clear shift in the global furniture industry. After the 2018 US–China tariffs, brands looking to move production out of China found limited options in Vietnam: factories that lacked premium standards, or foreign-owned operations with high costs and little transparency.

Our founder, Tony, saw an opportunity to do better. With over a decade of experience managing quality across large-scale furniture factories and later working on the sourcing side for an American outdoor furniture brand, he understood both how factories operate and what global brands actually need.

GEM was built from the ground up as a Vietnamese-owned, quality-led manufacturer. Today, we operate from a 15,000 sqm facility near Ho Chi Minh City, producing high-end outdoor furniture for premium brands across the USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, with fully in-house production and rigorous quality control at every stage.
